Winchester Housing Trust is an independent Charity and a Limited Company set up in 1987 to provide affordable housing in the Winchester District. The Board is made up of 7 voluntary board members and the Chief Executive, Andrew Simpson. The Board offer their time and expertise to ensure the Trust is run in the best interests of the people in the Winchester District. We take a personal interest in our tenants and owners and we take every individual’s circumstances into consideration. Although we are independent we work very closely with Winchester City Council and will use our best endeavours to allocate housing to individuals registered with them.
