digitalcommons.law.scu.eduThe Santa Clara Journal of International Law is an entirely student-run organization. All articles are selected, edited, and published by the Journal’s Editorial Board. We publish electronically two times a year, with articles by professors and legal practitioners dealing with issues of international and comparative legal scholarship. Submissions are received on a rolling basis to enable the Journal to address global events and issues as they arise. Additionally, the Journal publishes at least one student comment selected from our first-year Associates by the Editorial Board. It is our hope that the Santa Clara Journal of International Law will foster greater understanding and cooperation in the area of international law across all borders. To further this vision, the Journal will contribute to the advancement of legal journalism by publishing an easily accessible international law journal composed of intellectually sound material that will assist legal scholars in their studies, practice, and career development. In addition, we strive to provide contemporary and original analysis of international socio-political, economic, and cultural issues.
