Set in 38 acres in Burton Manor, Stafford Grammar School is an independent mixed school offering an exceptional and broad educational experience to pupils aged 4 to 18. Established in 1982 by headmaster Dr J R Garrood with just 17 pupils and 3 part time teachers, our progressive and forward-thinking school has expanded to include 425 pupils and 40 teachers and has established itself as a leading educational facility within Staffordshire. A stunning Victorian manor house hosts the focal point of the main school with the Sixth Form Centre and Stafford Preparatory School forming part of our more recent development.
