Originally operated as a general contracting and construction maintenance company, Peterson LLC was founded in Saint Paul, Minnesota as a subsidiary of Carl H. Peterson and Son (established in 1912) and Norcon Management (est. 1977). In 1989, our role was expanded in establishing a division of operations in commercial build outs and service work. Over the next few decades, clients included Disney, Talbot's, Express, Bath & Body Works, Godiva, Embers, Cost Cutters, TGI Fridays, and many others. In 1996, Norcon Management merged services with billion dollar property management and development firm, United Properties. This union began the next phase of the business that instituted Norcon Management as a leader in the property management industry. We have made our impression in more than a dozen states and on 2 continents through the acquisition, renovation, and sale of exclusive high profile properties and now as playing the role of investor/manager in obtaining a diverse portfolio of multi-million dollar multi-family and commercial properties. Through decades of service and with thousands of satisfied customers and tenants, we remain family owned and operated with current property holdings in Latvia, Switzerland, San Diego, Minneapolis, Seattle, and newly expanded into Phoenix.
