Company of Veterans is a nonprofit program providing case management and community building services for US Military Veterans. The program will form partnerships with local Veterans-focused programs to facilitate an active network for mutually beneficial programs and services for both the Veterans who will benefit from access, and the programs who participate in cross-referral network. Compan of Veteran's goal is to foster a community of team members to parallel those relationships formed within the ranks of military service, in order to facilitate bridging the military-civilian divide, providing a strategic path for Veterans to truly come home. Through personal relationships can a sense of individual and community responsibility, Veterans will be able to reestablish and connect with others, as well as improve quality of life.
