Founded in 1955, SARSEF is a 501(c)(3) in Tucson, AZ with a mission to create Arizona’s next generation of critical thinkers and problem-solvers through science and engineering. SARSEF helps students expand their horizons in ways that provide long-lasting, positive benefits. Through their programming, science and engineering are promoted and demonstrated in ways that can lead to ideas and solutions that can change the world. Students, teachers, and parents receive free education and support, with an emphasis on low-income and underrepresented groups. SARSEF’s vision is simply stated: “Every Child. Thinking Critically, Solving Problems.”
