Quantum Leadership is leadership training for individuals, teams and businesses. Unlike many other leadership trainings out there, which focus on very narrowly defined skill sets such as how to improve your time management or how to deal with problematic clients, colleagues, employees, we are not interested in that. We focus on empowering each individual, team and business to connect with what is truly important to them and from there bring forth the best in themselves. We have years of experience in the fields of personal development and human potential. We know that outward success is meaningless unless it is connected to a clear vision and purpose. And we’ve seen many individuals frantically seek out goals only to discover that when they finally achieve them that they are unsatisfied, tired and burnt out. Through our workshops, retreats and one-on-one coaching, we get individuals and teams to discover, refine and reconnect with their joy, vision and intention. And if there are any difficulties in doing so and creating from this space, we empower our clients by guiding them through the techniques we have synthesized from many different areas including energy healing, body psychotherapy, jungian analysis, zen buddhism, kabbalah, family constellations and organizational constellations.
