CBC Geospatial Consulting, Inc. (formerly CBC Surveys, Inc.) is a laser scanning and geomatics engineering firm. Our personnel have served clients of different sizes throughout California, additional States, and abroad. We are experienced working in a variety of geographic and climatic environments. We are dedicated to providing professional surveying, photogrammetric mapping, right of way engineering, and terrestrial LiDAR / 3D laser scanning (TLS) services to public works and private sector clients in the forensics/legal, transportation, energy/utilities, environmental, and water/wastewater sectors. CBC's President, Christopher Curtis, has served as an expert witness and litigative consultant on numerous wildland fire cases as well as explosion sites, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death suits. Our personnel have utilized terrestrial LiDAR in combination with a variety of geospatial sensors and methodologies over the past ten years on projects including: wildland fire origin and cause investigations, explosion sites, bridges, roads, pavement elevation surveys, tunnels, airports, water/wastewater treatment plants, rock slopes, earth dams, seismic analysis studies, and architectural as-builts.
