We manage large-scale public projects and also work on large scale development and subdivision projects in the private sector. We are also happy to help clients with smaller scale projects, due diligence requests, and permitting services. We have worked extensively in the Ventura County area, including all of the Cities within Ventura. We have experience also in the Santa Barbara and LA County areas. We are active in the land use planning community; our planners are active members in the American Planning Association and hold many board positions within APA.
