Thomson Dickson Consulting is an independent firm of actuaries and pensions consultants providing scheme administration, actuarial and consultancy services to employers and trustees of occupational pension schemes. Our focus is on the provision of services to small and medium sized pension schemes, with the majority of the schemes we deal with having a total membership of fewer than 1,000 members. The majority of defined benefit pension schemes in the SME sector are closed to future accrual. We advise the sponsoring employers and trustees of these schemes on cost effective scheme management and on the opportunities available to reduce and remove liability risks.
