Lewis Family Restaurants owns and operates 17 McDonald's locations across 7 different counties in West Central Ohio (Allen, Defiance, Hancock, Hardin, Putnam, Van Wert, and Wyandot). The company was founded in 1987 when Jerry Lewis opened his first McDonald's location in Bluffton, OH. He and his business partner, Scott Shaw, began building and acquiring more locations over the years. In 2013, Jerry's daughter, Jessica Hall, and son, Jonathan Lewis, were both approved to join the McDonald's brand and all are McDonald's Franchisee today.
