En Route, LLC develops partnerships and convenes experts to provide consultation, training, workforce development, technical assistance, and professional coaching services to public systems, private organizations and tribal communities with a particular area of focus on Systems of Care, intensive home and community-based services, Wraparound, care coordination, team-based planning, and the CANS assessment. Dan Embree, M.Ed., NCC specializes in strengths-based, family-driven, youth-guided, culturally competent, team-based work. Dan has been a trainer and coach for projects across the country and provides wraparound training and systems of care consulting to agencies and systems. Mark Zubaty, B.S. has over 18 years of experience and has been a Wraparound Care Coordinator, Supervisor, Coach, Trainer and Systems of Care Consultant. He works with many communities to help advance their Systems of Care implementation efforts, with special attention to Wraparound fidelity and other research informed models of care for youth with complex needs, including the CANS Assessment tool. Stephanie East, M.S., M.S.W. has multiple years of experience working with youth and families in California and Oregon. She is a certified CANS trainer and experienced Wraparound practitioner who helps communities integrate various aspects of strengths-based practice.
