Mindhood addresses the 24/7 rapid fire connectivity of our digital lives through a process to power down for presence, passion, and purpose and engages communities to be intentional about their lives with and without screens. Through positive digital habits, mindfulness practices, and face to face relationships, college students build mindful neighborhoods, mind-hoods, whether sports teams, affinity groups, fraternities or sororities, group of friends, or residence houses. When engaged with one another, in real life, ideas and passion may emerge leading to purpose and meaning. Mindhood provides the infrastructure for social activism, impact and entrepreneurship.
