Guclu Gurme Food Industry and Trade Inc. (Guclu Gurme), was founded in April 2017. As Guclu Gurme, we aimed to offer leblebi flour, which is a taste known in the past, to the consumers in the cookie as a taste. In addition, we prepared an alternative product that can be preferred by consumers by covering the cookie with milk cocoa. In addition, our production of sesame, hazelnut and coconut leblebi flour cookies started. We are producing our production in our 800 square meters production area. Our cookies have a shelf life of 9 months. Our cookies include leblebi powder, wheat flour, vegetable oil, sugar, milk cocoa coating. Our products do not contain lard or additives. Glucose syrup, sweetener and colorant are not used. It is recommended that our products are consumed with all beverages, especially tea / coffee.
