PANDA | The Women Leadership Network is a cross-industry event series and network for (future) women leaders. We're on a mission to contribute to a future where leadership positions are held 50/50 by women and men. What does PANDA do? PANDA brings female leaders together for exchange, peer feedback and networking. We aim to connect women with companies and opportunities. We want to empower women in all industries to share their experiences and ideas, to encourage and support each other. Why a contest? A leadership career is challenging. Being able to adapt to new situations, quickly diving into complex topics, convincing people to follow your path as well as stepping back and learn from others is key to be an inspiring and successful leader. PANDA events offer the chance for practice and exchange on leadership topics in a mix of group challenges, feedback sessions and networking phases that provide the attendees with insights, impulses for their personal development and valuable contacts. The winners are elected by all participants. Since 2013, over 3,100 women took part in our PANDA events and stay connected as part of the PANDA Network.
