The Northern Symphony Orchestra is based in Anoka, Minnesota, and serves the surrounding communities of the Northern suburbs of Minneapolis and St Paul. The NSO performs three to four concerts each year and frequently hosts guest soloists. Conductor Michael Halstenson leads this dynamic ensemble as they perform the works of Bach, Beethoven, Stravinsky, Tchaikovsky, and many more, including pieces by Minnesotans.
