Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT) of Washington

FEAT is a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Bellevue , WA Founded in 1996 by families seeking to establish effective autism therapy services for children in our community. Currently, FEAT has over 5,000 members and a goal of increasing membership FEAT provides three main types of services: • Therapy for children impacted by autism, which is either paid directly by families, through insurance, or via state-funded programs. • Family resources that are free to our members, including resource coordination, parent mentoring and social media discussion groups. We also maintain a free resource guide that lists parent-endorsed services that can help families in a variety of ways. • Ben’s Fund, a grant program that provides financial assistance to help offset the significant costs of support for children on the autism spectrum. FEAT’s main offices are located in Bellevue, WA. We currently have programs in Bellevue and Tacoma with aspirations to replicate current programs in other areas of Washington State. Our grant program is available to Washington State residents.
