We have an Information Hub based in the Town Hall and 12 other hubs in libraries across Manchester. We also have an extensive outreach service with sessions across the city including at Cheetham Hill Advice Centre. We deliver advice across the whole range of channels face to face, telephone, skype, webchat, email and now Facebook messenger. We are one of the country’s most progressive and dynamic advice services. Operating a city centre drop-in hub, a dedicated telephone advice centre and a range of outreach locations, we employ approximately 80 staff supported by 80 volunteers. Our approach is client centred and focused on a commitment to quality and diversity. Aims & Principles The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
