Established in 1976 Owen Pell are key players in the local construction industry, justifiably proud of our reputation for quality, consistency and reliability which has placed us among the leading specialist Building and Civil Engineering Contractors and Sub Contractors in Herefordshire and surrounding counties. We are able to offer a wide range of Building Construction and Civil Engineering services and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction and engineering projects. In 2016, we were pleased to celebrate 40 years of providing services as builders and civil engineers. We have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses, organisations, individuals, contractors, architects and councils across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, and Monmouthshire.
