These receivers are being practically realized in the form of advanced single user MIMO, multi-user MIMO and interference cancelers for Macro, Small-Cell, Het-Net, and C-RAN network environments. These solutions, paired with Collision’s high quality channel estimation techniques are further leverage in TDD systems to achieve similar gains on the downlink, dramatically improve network performance for LTE and 5G.
