Lichfield and Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust is a registered charity campaigning and working towards the restoration of the Lichfield Canal and the Hatherton Canal through Cannock. We campaign, fundraise and work toward the restoration of the two canals. All of our workers are volunteers. The restoration is being achieved thanks to huge support from volunteer groups such as the Waterway Recovery Group, and from various donations and grants. Joining the many hundreds on the membership register helps the Trust financially and shows the strength of feeling towards restoring these valuable links in the national network.
