With Global PropTech Leaders we will bring together C-level within Real Estate from different countries. Main objective is to learn from each other and share knowledge cross boundaries. It was really inspiring and I will keep doing this. Face to face contact is really important and will always be. But… Many many people are not able to go to all these events (for all kind of reasons). Most important is that we bring people together that would otherwise never come together. If we want to change real estate (we are the industry that causes 40% of the CO2 emissions), what means we need to empower a lot of employees.
