The mission of the Lotus Women's Institute (LLC) is to create an ecosystem where women of all demographics (age, ethnicity and race) are recruited, trained and developed to be in frontline roles. Why Lotus? Look no further than the founder - me. I am a woman of color; an Indian American immigrant who has navigated this field for almost 30 years as an advisor and a senior leader. I represent the pipeline that I’m seeking to build.
