The Billerica Community Alliance (BCA) is a non-profit business and community support organization. Formed by the merger of the Billerica Chamber of Commerce and the Billerica Plan, the BCA is the only business organization that focuses solely on Billerica while offering community outreach through its 501-C3 designation.
