In 2004, after spending more than 20 years at fine establishments such as the Van Dyke Place Restaurant, the Whitney Restaurant, and Mac & Ray's, Chef Jeff Baldwin opened up his own restaurant and catering company, J.Baldwin's, featuring his award winning stone fired pizza. His goal was to be able to recreate a gourmet dining experience that fits with today's busy lifestyles. The way we see it, you should be able to enjoy the taste of gourmet - at your convenience, not just on special occasions when time permits. J.Baldwin's Restaurant is the result of that dream. Close to 10 years later, that dream continues. The restaurant is busier than ever, and the catering division has grown by leaps and bounds! We are able to cater any event...from small intimate dinner parties, to weddings of 200 people or more. Chef Jeff and the J.Baldwin's team teach monthly cooking classes that are always a wonderful time. We have many special events at the restaurant throughout the year, such as our Mardi Gras Party, True Blood Party at Halloween, and of course New Years Eve.
