Each year, there are approximately 24,000 personal trainers registered in the UK, generating roughly £650m for the health and fitness industry, with an estimated annual growth of 2.3%. However, research shows that up to 70% of personal trainers do not make it past their 1st year, with those that do, lasting only 3 years on average. Clearly, the industry as a whole is performing well, yet for the average personal trainer, personal training is not a sustainable career. This is a problem. Training Training's goal is to address this problem, and increase the viability of personal training as a sustainable career path.
