The Halla Law Firm, PLLC is a local, family-owned law practice. Our attorneys have each been licensed for nearly 15 years and have experience in multiple areas of law. Shannon and Michael Halla represent individuals, families, and small business owners with their legal needs. After working for governmental agencies and private law firms, Michael and Shannon decided they wanted to start their own practice. They no longer wanted to be required to bill the client for every tiny little thing they did for them or said to them. They no longer wanted to take a case with which they were not ethically comfortable. They wanted to have a practice that was theirs. A practice they could develop and run with the ethical and moral values they hold dear. In late 2010, The Halla Law Firm was founded and today, it is the type of practice that the founders, Michael and Shannon Halla, are proud to call their own. Shannon and Michael help small to mid-sized business owners with business formation, contract drafting and disputes, collections, and litigation. They work with individuals and families to provide them with wills/trusts, estate planning, divorce, adoption, litigation, and probate matters. While their offices are located in south Plano, they practice in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Tarrant and the surrounding counties. The firm's mission is to emanate genuine compassion for each client's difficulties while relentlessly pursuing the best possible resolution.
