Uncharted Waters Institute co-creates communities where people know, at the core of their being, that they are enough. By facilitating workshops, teaching mindfulness practices, offering retreats, training teachers, community & business leaders and serving as sacred space holders, we support people in developing the skills and practices to live an embodied existence. This is our work and our way of living in our mission of helping people learn to be human.
