When I work with you, my commitment is to see you true. To hear you deeply, and help you inhabit, speak and act from your authentic, embodied authority – your core self. This is not “authority” as in power over others bestowed by a position or possessions – but the undeniable sense of grounded connection that emerges naturally when speaking and acting from a place that aligned with who you really are. The essence of “presence.” My wish for you is that this connection is so present and alive in your experience, that you are changed in that moment for the rest of your life. More integrated, peaceful, confident, and whole because you’ve come home to who you are. Many coaches focus primarily on getting things done and being sure there is value in that. But the core of this work is that whatever you are working on, whatever you want to accomplish or struggling with – you are better served by first working on who you are, then what to do emerges naturally and easily. In short, being – then doing. This is not formal mindfulness training. Rather, it is guidance on how to access your natural resourcefulness, grace, and gifts, so you can live in this world aligned with what Gurdjieff called your ‘essence’ and Jon Eisman calls ‘your organic self. These are not canned, pre-recorded videos but rather 1:1 sessions, customized assignments, and powerful practices crafted specifically for you. It’s my belief that you have a gift to offer and the world wants more of it. It’s my mission to help you bring of your gift to the world. The world will notice, and you’ll be a lot more peaceful, confident, and empowered. The Mindful Coach Method is the coaching framework and practice I created to achieve these ends after years of study and practice with some of the best in the world in the fields of somatic psychology, group dynamics, mindfulness, martial arts, and meditation.
