FLY LDN is a boutique fitness brand with a flagship site in Aldgate and a further site under management in Fitzrovia. We run over 180 classes a week across four disciplines; flow, pilates, barre and low impact circuit training. We are creating accessible classes built around industry-leading fitness instruction with a down-to-earth house style.
