And what facilitates this extremely important factor constituting the USP of the college itself, its brochure and CBSites, is the Career Development Centre. Mission The inherent characteristics of CBS – initiative, leadership, teamwork and inquisition, are reflected in the working of the team. The team is recruited through rounds of resume and SOP submission, GDs, interviews and written tests. It has three levels – the organising committee, the core committee and the advisory committee, and heading the team is a placement officer - who work together to better the placements year after year. Some of the top recruiters this year were Bain Capability Centre, Ernst & Young, AT Kearney, McKinsey KC, Inductis, FuturesFirst etc. Apart from serving as the interface between the students and the companies, we, at CDC, offer a host of services in the areas of placements, internships and live projects.
