We are a family owned and operated gym in Lewisburg, Ohio. We have a passion for lifting, and finally turned our vision of creating a space for others who love to lift into a reality. Having both competed on the bodybuilding stage, we understand the dedication and discipline it takes to change your body. Our goal is to fill our gym with hand-selected equipment that has proven to withstand the hard work of lifting heavy. No frills, no whining, and no “I can’t” allowed! Chalk, grunts, and high fives are all welcome.
