Project Management Associates (PMA) was founded in late 1992 to serve small- to mid-sized organizations with their human resources needs...from strategic planning to tactical operations, from consultation to hands-on implementation activities, such as high-level recruitment. Fees are determined by project requirements and may be based on an hourly rate or project rate. Fees are agreed to prior to the start of any engagement. Marlene Haigh, president and founder of Project Management Associates, holds a B.A. in business management from Alverno College with further business studies at Northwestern University. Her management experience includes more than 15 years in both the human resources and marketing operations functions with J I Case/Tenneco (now CNH). She has owned and operated a temporary help service for several years in Madison, Wisconsin.
