We formed Hebden Consulting because we wanted to create a service that puts clients first. Our experience in the offshore financial services industry showed us how unfairly clients were treated under the commission-only model where an adviser is incentivised to sell certain products. Ours is a ‘fee-based’ approach, which means there are no conflicts of interest; we’re free to give truly independent, expert and fair financial advice based on what’s right for you. The name Hebden is taken from the small Yorkshire town of Hebden Bridge. It serves to remind us where we have come from and how we wish to manage our clients’ assets; we look after the wealth of our clients with the same care and attention as we would that of our family and friends.
