Due to the lack of thermal impact on products, UHPH delivers commercially sterile products with a long shelf-life at room temperature, while preserving their original organoleptic and nutritional properties. UV-Therm pasteurization: Combination of moderate thermal treatment and germicidal ultraviolet light. This new pasteurization method offers great advantages for heat-sensitive products, allowing important reductions of microbial counts using lower temperatures than conventional pasteurization. UV-C aseptic filling: New technology that uses ultraviolet light to sterilize PET, PP, HDPE and glass bottles, in order to aseptically fill liquid products. It eliminates the need for chemical products currently used by the industry, guaranteeing a 100% clean label aseptic filling process. All technologies developed and patented by Ypsicon go in the same direction: Providing solutions applicable on industrial-scale to obtain high value-added products, guaranteeing a long shelf-life and safety for human consumption, while at the same time preserving or even improving their original properties. Ypsicon’s technologies also deliver 100% natural products that do not require preservatives or additives.
