Artometis (a combination of the Latin "ars", which stands for craftsmanship, and Metis, the goddess of wisdom) was founded in January 2020 by Kristien De Bock, an IT woman with at that time 22 years of experience. Kristien is still working in the company where everything started for her after her studies. She is currently team lead development, a job that she loves doing. She can combine customer contact with researching new technologies. But her main passion is still software development. By founding Artometis, she hopes to find customers who can challenge her to find IT solutions to their daily problems.
