I help organisations to get their operating model fit for purpose. I work with leaders at all levels, and their teams, to help them solve difficult organisational problems. Typically this involves helping with 3 main activities: • Developing Strategy o “Am I doing the right things?” • Reviewing and Improving Operations o “Am I doing things in the right way?” o “How could I change the things I’m doing?” • Managing Change o “How do I achieve the changes?” My goal is to help you become more able to lead and manage your organisation by helping you to better understand complex situations and issues, address difficult problems, make structural changes to the organisation, or to its supply chain (if that is what’s required) and, adapt to, develop or enact a new business strategy. I help people decide what to change, how to change and, if required, I will roll up my sleeves and help make the changes happen. Why do I do it?
