We are an independent, impartial and not-for-profit charity. As an organisation, we provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice and information. Our services are focused on supporting communities who are most vulnerable and those who are locked out of the welfare system, or on the verge of being excluded. We can help with housing and welfare benefit issues or deal with queries about immigration and/ or community care issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about money advice too. We also have lots of experience on family and personal matters too. We have a strong, client focused team of paid staff and volunteers.
