Creating a sustainable future means creating a life that's actually worth sustaining. This means an emphasis on the things that deeply fulfill us, such as our relationships, our passions and interests, our sense of peace or fun, and most especially our ability to enjoy ourselves and one another. We make every effort to repurpose/recycle - both on the things we consume and the items we need to discard. We re-use the boxes we receive and use remnants of fabric, or shredded paper when needing a filler for shipping purposes. Scrap fabric is used to make purses, bags, and other apparel uses...once it has run its course we donate the remaining to organizations that use the extra fabric for quilts, insulating chicken coops, kennel lining at rescues and more. Material for furniture is reclaimed whenever possible. All scraps of wood remaining are used in a magnitude of different ways. We live in a throw away society, by purchasing quality furniture out of steel and wood, you are investing in the future generations and purchasing products made to last beyond a lifetime.
