Environmental Survey Consulting was founded in 1984. Co-founders David Mahler and Judy Walther started the company after building educational and professional resumes that include degrees in Science Education and Biology, and numerous positions and projects in the fields of natural resources and education. David and Judy are charter members of the Society for Ecological Restoration. Our "restoration first" approach provides a sound basis for a wide range of projects with ecological integrity, durability, and the natural beauty that's indicative of our Texas region.
