James Lyman Reynolds, architect PC is a fully licensed and insured architectural design firm serving the Hudson Valley area since 2001. Our goal is to provide quality design services with professional integrity. Our project list includes a diverse mix of types and sizes, including Residential, Commercial, and Institutional building projects. Service include a full spectrum of pre-design feasibility studies, site planning and evaluation, programming, and code review through a full range of Design Development and Contract Document preparation services, including Bidding, negotiation, and Contract Administration Services. Currently the firm consists of two licensed Architects, and an architect in training, with independent consultants and freelance draft persons available for contract on a project specific basis.
