The Commercial Real Estate Workshop at IU is a premier learning organization at the IU Kelley School of Business. Through weekly case studies, extensive industry exposure and teaching from industry-leading professionals, the Commercial Real Estate workshop provides rigorous preparation for students pursuing a career in commercial real estate. The Commercial Real Estate Workshop also serves as the feeder program to IU's prestigious student-run real estate private equity fund, Sample Gates Management.
