From that humble begin, Pat Welch’s innovative thinking and business-focused perspective took the company from an innovative startup to a top managed service company with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and honest, transparent IT solutions to organizations throughout the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Amarillo areas. As time passed, CTG advanced out of the basement, growing the number of services provided and hiring like-minded employees who could take Pat’s ideas and realize the company’s goals. While CTG initially focused on “break-and-fix” services, the company realized that we had more to offer local businesses and began focusing on creating reliable technology solutions to help them excel.
