FAIL! tries to de-stigmatize failure in academia and beyond, build psychological safety in competitive environments and ultimately enhance creativity and productivity in workplaces. The immense expectations that everyone puts on themselves generate stress and pressure that negatively impact productivity, creativity, and well-being. The goal of FAIL! is to show that failure can happen to anyone and that it can be a key to success. How? Inspiring and successful people share their personal stories of failure onstage, in a TED-style Talk manner.
