True Course Management provides management services to knowledge-intensive companies at which the technical/technological disciplines are essential for the core-activities, competitive position and future of the company. More specifically, the management services fall into three categories or a combination of these: • Acceleration: Reducing time to market of new products, essential for strengthening or maintaining the competitive position. • Calibration/(Re-)structuring: A company needs to revise the current strategy and implement a new company strategy because market conditions have changed or the company has grown and enters a new phase in its existence and needs to renew its business processes and organisation. • Projects: Management of projects with a significant technical/technological component. For which the company does not have either the capacity or capability.
