We are a part of a growing legal practice called “Entrepreneurial Law” that incorporates many interdisciplinary practice areas including corporate, corporate finance/securities, tax, technology, intellectual property, immigration, litigation, technology, and employment law. The EBA’s mission is to support success for our members, entrepreneurial clients, communities and the world. We bring together the range of legal practitioners, including small, medium and large firm attorneys, solo-practitioners, general counsel, and attorneys who are entrepreneurs themselves, growing legal firms or other companies. Working together, we provide relevant educational, networking and collaboration forums to deliver the education and tools necessary to elevate our profession and mission.
