The company has been involved in all stages of the dispute process from informal stage to hearing disciplinary and grievance cases, including appeals, formal investigations, mediation and litigation. The Founder is a serving ET panel member, Associate Consultant for the CIPD, Chairman of the CIPD Professional Code of Conduct, advisor to magistrates on County Court discrimination cases. Our co-Director, Geoff Boot leads the work on global outsourcing and shared services. He is a former HR Director leading HR teams in Accenture, Siemens, Dell, Bookham Technology, Sitel and IBM. Geoff has considerable experience of TUPE regulations, harmonisation issues, organisational change and working effectively with trade unions at local and national level.
