G3C Technologies Corporation (G3CT) is a New Jersey based corporation with a mission to solve environmental problems through the use of a technically superior and commercially viable green technologies, the GREEN³ CONVERSION® (G³C) Technology. Our world is facing a serious environmental problem created by scrap tires 1) Approximately 1.9 billion tires will be produced worldwide in 2018. More than 300 million tires will be sold in the United States alone. Each of those tires will eventually become the end-of-life tires. It is estimated that one scrap tire per person is discarded each year in the developed countries, and that around 4 billion scrap tires have been accumulated in stockpiles around the world. 2) The current scrap tire management in the US, which is representative of all developed countries, is far from environmentally sustainable: a) 55% of the scrap tires are incinerated thus emitting hazardous exhausts into the atmosphere. b) 25% of scrap tires are used in ground rubber applications including new rubber products, playgrounds, other sports surfacing and rubber-modified asphalt. c) More than 8%-10% of scrap tires are buried in the landfill, resist decomposition for more than 100 years and create perfect breeding environment for mosquitoes, rodents and snakes. d) 5% of scrap tires are used to generate tire shreds for use in road and landfill construction, septic tank leach fields and other applications. e) The scrap tire management situation in the rest of the world is much worse than that in the US and other developed countries. Our world is facing a scrap tire disposal crisis and is urgently in need of a solution. Our patented G³C Technology represents a major technological breakthrough for the conversion of scrap tires into commercially valuable high quality recovered Carbon Black (rCB) suitable for tire making as well as specialty carbon black suitable for manufacturing cable coating and other semi-conductive rubber applications. GREEN³ CONVERSION® means GREEN to the third power and represents three fundamental qualities of the patented G³C Technology: 1 – Disposal and utilization of scrap tires in an environmentally safe way No air, water or solid waste pollution and reduced carbon footprint - The technology does not generate any hazardous air pollution or waste discharges; all of the water used for the processes is recycled, no waste water discharge; the G³C process carbon dioxide footprint is approximately 60% of the one for a typical virgin carbon black manufacturing process from fossil oil or gas. 2 – Carbon black is produced without use of fossil feed stock material No fossil raw materials used - Unlike the conventional carbon black manufacturing process that uses fossil oil or gas as feed stock material, we do not use any fossil source material as feed for the process; the scrap tires are recycled in a closed loop: scrap tires -> carbon black -> new tires -> scrap tires. 3 – All internal energy needs of the conversion process is generated by the process itself No fossil fuel consumption for operation - All fuel required for the process is self-generated so there is no need to use any fossil fuel for the system operation.
