The Athlete Matrix is a world class strength and conditioning facility which contains some of the top strength coaches, chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists in the GTA. The facility has a high performance training culture that is second to none. The Matrix is home to many of the top youth age athletes and also local professional athletes including players in the MLB, NHL, and Team Canada Volleyball.
