50Kitchen was created by Anthony Caldwell. Originally a catering company, 50Kitchen began renovating and opening its brick and mortar location in Fields Corner in the Dorchester area. The menu benefits from Chef Caldwell's years of experience as a chef in the Sheraton Hotel, John Hancock Building, & at both MIT & Harvard. 50Kitchen serves a fusion of Asian inspired cuisine with American Southern comfort food. Chef Caldwell also founded 50Kitchen to give back to the community. That is why he works to donate leftover food & provide a mentorship program to teach cooking skills to young Dorchester residents.
